The shopping part was fine, no real complaints there. But the refund took around two weeks to show up, which was annoying. I did reach out to support and they eventually got back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but come on, refunds really shouldn’t take that long.

I’ll be honest, a lot of the stuff looked really nice, but the prices just felt too high to me.
