"Refund took way too long"
The shopping part was fine, no real complaints there. But the refund took around two weeks to show up, which was annoying. I did reach out to support and they eventually got back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but come on, refunds really shouldn’t take that long.

"Nice items, but I couldn’t shake the price"
I’ll be honest, a lot of the stuff looked really nice, but the prices just felt too high to me. I don’t mind spending extra when I feel like I’m getting something truly worth it, but here I kept feeling like I’d regret paying that much. I’d rather not take the chance of feeling like I wasted money, so it’s hard to see myself buying from here again

"Tracking just never changed"
Ordered and the tracking sat there for days doing nothing. I asked support, but didn’t really get anywhere. Still no idea where the package is. Annoying.

"Nice clothes, but the site made shopping harder"
The site looks really pretty, but it was kind of annoying to use. Pages loaded slowly on my phone, so browsing took longer than it should have. The filters also kept resetting, which meant I had to keep redoing my search. Checkout was a little confusing too, so the whole process felt frustrating even though I actually liked the clothes.

"Looked better in the photos"
I ordered this mostly because the product photos made it look really nice, but once it arrived, the color and fit felt different in person. It’s not terrible, and I can see what they were going for, but reading between the lines, the pictures definitely made it seem a bit more flattering and higher quality than it actually is. For the price, I was expecting a little more

"Not at all what I thought I was getting"
I ordered this dress because the photos and description made it seem like it would be a certain look and quality, but when it showed up it just felt completely off. The color wasn’t really what I expected, the material had this cheaper feel to it, and the fit was weird compared to the size info. I don’t know, it just really didn’t match the vibe of the listing. For the price, I was expecting way better accuracy, so I’m disappointed.

I’m totally calm about it, but the fabric just felt way cheaper than I expected for what I paid. I was hoping it would feel a bit nicer, so yeah, kind of disappointing.

"Cute pieces, but sizing disappears fast"
I really like a lot of the clothes on cinqasept.nyc, the styles are cute and feel a little different, which I appreciate. But wow, the sizes go fast. A few things I had my eye on were either totally out of stock or missing my size by the time I clicked in, which is always mildly heartbreaking. The site itself is easy enough to use, no real complaints there, I just wish the availability was better because finding something you love and then not being able to buy it is the worst.

I reached out to customer service with what I thought was a simple question about my order, but the whole thing ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be. The replies took forever, and when they finally did respond, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I said.
I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, and at some point I felt pressured to just accept their vague answers and move on. I still never got a clear response, which was really frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if this is what support is like.

I ordered the same size in a few items, but they all fit completely differently. It’s annoying because you never really know what you’re going to get.

"I had a rough time trying to..."
I had a rough time trying to place my order. The site kept freezing right when I got to checkout, and my card was declined twice even though my bank said everything looked fine on their end.
It did finally go through, so I guess that’s the good part, but I never got a proper confirmation email. All I saw was a random charge on my card, which made me nervous enough to contact support just to make sure the order actually existed.
I’m glad the order wasn’t completely lost, but the whole process was way more stressful than it needed to be. I’m not totally writing them off, but I’d definitely think twice before ordering again

"Not as versatile as I thought"
I really thought the pieces from cinqasept.nyc would be easier to style in different ways, but the dress I ordered feels a lot more limited than I expected. It’s pretty, but it only seems to make sense for one specific kind of event, which is frustrating.

For the price, I was hoping I could get more use out of it. I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so dealing with something that looked so promising online but now just sits in my closet is even more annoying.

"I tried exchanging a dress for a different..."
I tried exchanging a dress for a different size, and it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. My sister was helping me figure out the instructions and even she thought they were confusing. It took days to get responses, and then I ended up having to pay extra for shipping, which was frustrating. For the price, I really thought the process would be a lot smoother. I probably won’t order from the site again.
